Vele atelier approached us intending to realign their brand’s visual identity with their core values: timelessness and craftsmanship. 

We designed a new brand identity and logo inspired bythe process of making diamonds to reflect their expertise. 

The simplistic color palette and typefaces accompanied with their new logo and system ensure that Vele will be recognizable without outshining the most important aspect of their brand, their diamonds.

THE BEST CROWN ANGLE FOR A DIAMOND

The expert opinion is that the best crown angle is
between 32-35 degrees. When the crown angle
of a diamond is smaller than 32 degrees it is called
a spread cut, creating a foggy appearance in
the diamond.
